Qingdao Richer‘s Cotton Wrap Film is engineered specifically for John Deere Cotton Picking Machines. By utilizing an advanced multi-layer extrusion process, we have optimized the physical properties of the film to create the ideal solution for cotton producers.

The film uses special Glue technology to prevent cotton fibers from adhering to the wrapping. The outer layers comprise a customized adhesive film on one side only. The complete module maintains its uniform shape and consistency during transportation and processing by merging two distinct film types.
